not responsible for any consequences that may arise from

7. Members will be removed from the database once their
membership expires, unless renewed, for misuse of contents
of the database or for any other reasons that may be assigned
by the owner of this Website.
8. All members are requested to avoid offensive, sexual
and un parliamentary language during interaction with other

the terms and conditions without prior notice.

campaign, solicitation, advertisement etc., nor engage in
advertising to buy or sell any product or services to other
members of keralawaves.com Any member found doing so will
be removed immediately from the database without prior notice.

is publicly posted or privately transmitted is the sole
responsibility of the person from whom such content originated
and Keralawaves.com therefore does not control the contents
posted via the service and as such does not guarantee the

sentiments of the minority or otherwise objectionable.

that members do not have the right to transmit under any
law or under contractual/ fiduciary relationship (such as
inside information, proprietary and confidential information
learned or disclosed as part of employment relationship
or under nondisclosure agreements).
(c) Upload, post e-mail or otherwise transmit any content
that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright
or other proprietary rights of any party without the prior
written permission of the concerned party.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LISTED MATRIMONIAL BUREAUS
For data contained in keralawaves.com in respect
of listed matrimonial bureaus, their Terms and Conditions
